Getting Started & Submissions
To prepare an accurate estimate, we typically require architectural drawings (floor plans, elevations, and building sections). Any structural calculations, drainage layouts, or specification notes you have are also helpful.
If you only have concept sketches or planning drawings, we can still prepare an initial budget cost plan or planning-stage estimate.
We accept all standard construction formats including PDF, DWG, DXF, images (PNG/JPG), and ZIP archives. You can upload files directly through our quote form or email them to info@bidderssupport.co.uk.
Our standard delivery timeframe is 5 working days. If you are working against a tight tender submission deadline, we also offer express turnaround options (2 to 4 working days) upon request.
Pricing, Accuracy & Deliverables
Our fixed-price estimates start from £75 for smaller residential alterations and extensions. Pricing is based on the scale and complexity of the project drawings. Once you submit your plans, we provide an exact fixed price before any work begins — no hidden costs.
You receive:
- A fully editable, detailed Excel workbook broken down trade-by-trade (groundworks, brickwork, joinery, roofing, MEP, etc.).
- A clean, professional PDF summary report suitable for sharing with clients, banks, or lenders.
- Full labor, plant, material, preliminaries, and margin breakdowns.
- Direct access to your dedicated Quantity Surveyor for any questions.
Yes. We adjust material, plant, and labor rate databases according to the specific UK region and postcode of the build — ensuring London and South East rates reflect local premiums, while regional projects reflect local supplier pricing.
Yes. Minor clarifications and specification tweaks are handled with your surveyor directly. For significant architectural redesigns or scope additions, we provide a discounted adjustment rate.
